MOTIVATION MONDAY

 

This week’s challenge is DRINK MORE WATER!

 

We all know that water is essential to our health. Most of us are extremely dehydrated, causing fatigue, allowing toxins to build up & generally putting our bodies under stress.

 

So this week we have the opportunity to create new habits!

 

Buddy up with another group member for accountability and COMMIT to getting at least 2 litres / 70oz water PER DAY this week.
