Breakfast is said to be the meal of kings. But who here has a tendency to skip it or if you’re lucky, manage to find 5 mins to scoff a piece of buttered toast or a bowl of cereal?
I know that used to be something I was guilty of. Not to mention I was also feeding myself these sugary, nutrient-low ‘meals’ before expecting them to be able to concentrate all day at work only by sugar….
You see, I saw the alternatives as time consuming & just too much effort for a school/work morning.
So I set out on a quest to find some awesome, quick & easy, delicious breakfast recipes that would set the whole family up for the day.
Today’s recipe – Delicious Overnight Oats
Mega quick, prep the night before, everyone loves them & they’re loaded with complex carbs AND protein – the perfect balanced meal.

P.S. Top tips:
Add a teaspoon of chia seeds or mix in your fave protein powder for extra protein to keep you fuller for longer
Top with berries, nuts, seeds or other fruit and a drizzle of honey for an extra luxurious breakfast
