Our next 7 Day Detox Programme will start on the 19th of February
This is a detox, a kick start and a feel good week of eating CLEAN, working out HARD and Beating the BLOAT.
It will involve intermittent fasting for those who are wanting to REALLY go for it, otherwise it’s clean, green and mean all the way along with some other treats for you to really get the best out of it. There is daily info, workouts and any updates will be put up the night before so early birds will have all the information they need to start their day in style
Group motivation by other members to make sure you are sticking to the rules.
